Tour around the stunning vineyards with a resident expert to learn about vine growing in the English climate followed by a tour around the winery to learn more about the production processes involved in top quality winemaking.
You will then be welcomed into their tasting room for a tutored tasting of the wines before being treated to a platter of locally sourced cheeses, accompanied by your choice of either charcuterie, or Hampshire smoked trout.

Collect your retro style e-bikes along with your route map and head off from Milford on Sea and enjoy a scenic and fun-filled, power assisted cycle to the vineyard. Hop off and settle in for a tasting led by Guillaume, our expert and passionate oenologist.
Afterwards, enjoy a browse of the newly planted vineyard or pop a blanket down in the fields for a picnic before exploring more of the New Forest on your way home.

Explore the fields and hedgerows surrounding the Black Chalk Winery where you will be introduced to a host of edible plants, herbs, and berries that grow wild in the area. You'll learn how to identify different species, and discover which ones are safe to eat.
On the return leg of your adventure, enjoy a guided tour of our Rivers vineyard and the winery, where you'll learn about how we look after our vines and make our wines. Rounded off with a tutored tasting of two of our wines, expertly paired with canapés made from foraged ingredients. It's the perfect way to round off an unforgettable day of foraging and discovery.
