If you promote your experiences as 'voucher only' and don't advertise any dated experiences on our portal, then you will need to follow this procedure each time you get a booking in order to 'fix' the date in our system so that we can make payment to you.
If you don't do this, then the booking will show as 'open' and we will be unable to make payment to you for it.
You will receive an email from our system to say that a booking has been made by a customer . We will then be holding the payment from the customer for that booking
When the customer booked the voucher for your experience, they will have also received an email from our portal which gives them your contact details. They will be asked to contact you so that you can agree a mutually agreeable date for them to take your experience
Once you have agreed a date with the customer, please log-on to your account at: https://partner.experiencehampshire.uk/auth/login
Click on ‘Bookings’ on the left-hand side of the screen
Find the customer you are looking to confirm – their status on the right-hand side should be ‘Open’
Click on the ‘green tick’ to update the booking
Enter the date of the experience from the pop-up calendar and select ‘create NEW availability’
Confirm the start date and times for the experience and click the green ‘create availability’ to confirm
This will confirm the experience booking for the agreed date which will be held in our system – available for you to see at any time via your Experience Hampshire account
We will pay you, as usual, the week before the experience takes place
