Have problems booking an experience?

We have aimed to make our website easy to use, but we appreciate that you may have a few questions about making bookings. If we haven’t answered the query that you have below, please do email us on hello@experiencehampshire.uk and one of our friendly team will come back to you as soon as they can.

Search or navigate to the experience that you are interested in

Once you have found the correct experience, you will either have the choice to 'Buy a Voucher' or to choose a specific date. For the 'Buy a voucher' experience, you will need to make the purchase and we will then put you in touch with the voucher who runs that experience to arrange a mutually agreeable date to take that experience

Either click the 'Buy a voucher' button, or find a date that suits you. This might involve clicking the 'Show more available dates' button, if there are a good number to choose from

Once you have found a suitable date, showing the availability that you need, click on the 'Book Tickets' button for that date

On the next page, select the number of tickets you require and then click 'Proceed'. This takes you to the checkout page

It is now that you either need to be logged in to an existing Experience Hampshire account (you may have created one previously to make another booking), or, you need to create an account

Click on the 'Create an account' highlighted text to give us your name, postcode and email address. This will allow us to email you details of your booking, once made

Once this has been done and you are logged in, please follow the prompts to enter your credit card details to book
