A morning and afternoon NAAFI break to keep energy levels up is included - likely to be fruit and 'energy boosting' homemade snack bar. Lunch is also included - please advise of any allergies or dietary requests which we will do our best to accommodation. There will be tea and coffee and water on hand throughout the day
