Enjoy healthy two-course dinners, nourishing lunches, varied self serve breakfasts, and snack times, plus drinks are available all day for self-service. We run our retreats like being at home, if you are ever hungry, you can help yourselves to anything. There is always a large bowl of fruit and savory snacks and dips.

We will provide bolsters, blankets, yoga mats and blocks, but you are welcome to bring your own too.

There is a self-serve tea and coffee space for you to help your self at all times. Along with homemade herbal teas and drinks available throughout the retreat.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS: DORMS - With a choice of quirky dorms, bunks, lofts, and long beds all with shared bathrooms. There are 2 bathrooms per barn and another 2 outside just under the barn. These are a great option for those on a budget or just looking to be near their friends for an adult sleepover. The hayloft is mixed, the Grain loft is female only KINGS & TWINS - With a choice of lovely quirky twin and double, or king rooms all with shared bathrooms. New this year we have a private double studio annex with bathroom, balcony and views across Solent just a short drive or bike ride away (approx. 2 mile) on the Pylewell country estate (please contact us for prices for the annex). All available as singles too. SHEPHERDS HUT - Our very own Shepherdess Hut for those who prefer to be out in nature only available March to November. It has a double bed, a kettle and underfloor heating, a little deck overlooking a pond to watch the sunsets. The WC/shower block is across the courtyard.
