He first came to Winchester rescuing The Bugle Inn Twyford then progressed to The Fox Crawley and more recently Shoal Winchester. All are famous for their high standards, using fresh local produce where available, exemplary and friendly service and all currently in the top ten places to eat in Winchester on Tripadvisor.
